Tai- Chi Classes now enrolling at K2C

By popular demand we have moved our Tai - Chi classes to the K2C Centre. The new term of 6 classes will begin Monday 10th May from 8.15 to 9.30 pm.
The class will be structured to suit everyone as we will be concentrating on QI - Gong (breathing exercises) and basic Tai-Chi movements for the first 30 minutes for beginers then moving on to form 24 and animal play for the more advanced students.
