Punching Pandas - Refusing to be Endangered!!!

What is the Punching Pandas?

The CdC Punching Pandas is a martial arts class designed specifically for boys and girls aged between 4 and 7. Punching Pandas learn the basic movements of martial arts including the Panda Punch, the Panda Kick and the Panda Roar, as well as playing lots of fun games which improve their fitness, flexibility, coordination and concentration.     


Along with lots of fun & games, Punching Pandas also learn some very important life skills such as:

  • The Safe Cross Code
  • Stranger Danger
  • Junior First Aid
  • Cycle Safety
  • Fire Safety
  • Bully Busting

Rathduff (Ted's Hall) Tuesday  6:00 - 7:00

K2C Martial Arts Centre, Blackpool Monday 3:00 - 4:00 (age 4-5)
Monday 4:00 - 5:00 (age 6-7)
Thursday 3:00 - 4:00 (age 4-5)
Thursday 4:00 - 5:00 (age 6-7)


How Much does it cost?

A twelve week course costs €90 per child.

Courses usually begin in September, January and April but there is no problem joining in midway (the cost will be adjusting accordingly).
