Instrutor Biography - William Browne

Sensei William Browne (2nd Dan Karate, ITEC Level 1 Fitness Instructor, Qualified Film Maker)

William Browne began as a student of Curam de Cara Academy of Martial Arts the age of 12. He put in his time on the dojo floor and has represented his club and country in various national and international tournaments over the years. He achieved his First Black Belt in April 2007.

Following a starring role in an Action Movie filmed by Curam de Cara Academy of Martial Arts in 2005 (Showdown in a Small Town), William caught the bug for film making and went on to study at St. John’s College to become a fully qualified film maker. He also went on to qualify as fitness instructor with an ITEC diploma from Litton Lane Training Centre in Dublin. This unusual blend of film making, martial arts and fitness gives William the ideal experience to be a key part of the Action Movie Martial Arts team at Curam de Cara Academy of Martial Arts. William is also a member of the Curam de Cara stunt Acrobatics Squad – Team Xtreme.
