May 20th Grading examinations at K2C, North Point Business Park

Well done to everyone who graded on Sunday 20^th of May.

The day was very successful and everyone performed at a very high level despite it being a difficult grading.

The day first kicked off with the pre black and black belt grading and I’m sure everyone who was there to see it can agree that it was a very impressive performance.

Congratulations to our new CdC black belts, Ciara Wyse, Rebecca O’ Donnell and Ronan McGee.

 Also congratulations to Siofra Ryan, Aoife Burke, Aoife Hagerty and Eric walsh for Passing there Pre Black Belt Grading.

After the black belt grading examinations, we had the colour belt grading examination. 

Everyone showed great stamina and spirit and we can expect to see a very good standered of black belts in the next few years.

We'd like to congratulate Meaghan Cullen, Ryan Cullen, Aodain, Ryan and Cian McCarthy, Christopher and Aoife Horgan who

performed exceptionally well on the day and were awarded medals. 

Congradulations to Colm O' Sullivan and Callim O' Mahony who achieved a double grade from 2nd Purple Belt to Brown belt.

Double grades a rarely given out but these two have put alot of time and effort in and have performed exceptionally well on the day.

Well done guys! Keep up the good work!

Also like to say well done to the O’Donnell family, who are now a family of black belts. 

This is one family you wouldn't want to get on the bad side of.

We would like to give a special thanks to Pat Rocket for coming out to view the grading and we would also like to thank Liam og Griffin for helping with the Grading.

The next Grading exam will be in January
